A Phantasm's Dream
I dream of finding peace. I dream Of the WARS inside ME would cease. I dream of no MORE being a ghost. So I can cherish who Ever I love most. Do I really exist in this world Of faces? With interesting backgrounds and races? FOOLISH PHANTOM, OF COURSE YOU ARE REAL... NOTHING DESCRIBES THIS PAIN THAT YOU FEEL... I dream of finding my soul, isn't THAT life's goal? HUMANS ALL TAKE DIFFERENT PATHS IN LIFE, SOME WIN WITH GLORY, OTHERS IN END IN STRIFE. POOR YOUNG GHOST, MEN FIGHT FOR THINGS THAT ARE MEANINGLESS. THEY FIGHT FOR MONEY, POWER, AND OTHER NONSENSE. TEARING EACH OTHER APART BY THE SEAMS. THEY LIVE IN A REALITY THAT IS A DREAM. Do I live in a world of dreams? Does everything really look like how it seems? ONLY IN THE MIND'S EYE PEOPLE CAN SEE... THIS IS HOW THINGS TURNS OUT TO BE... YOU ON THE OTHER HAND, HAVE A DREAM THAT IS REAL. THE MEMORIES AND FEELINGS IN YOUR HEART MOST PEOPLE WOULD STEAL. COME NOW REMOVE THE MASK THAT HIDES YOU, AND SHOW THE WORLD THE TRUE MAN THAT EVERYBODY KNEW. Is this what I've been looking for? My true soul that has been in me before? A SOUL WILL ALWAYS BE WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE, IT WILL NEVER RUN OR FLEE. GO AND GRAB YOUR TRUE SELF, BUT PROMISE ME THIS. NEVER LET GO OF THIS DREAM. PROMISE? Promise.... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
